​Insight Therapeutic Development is a small organisation run by Danielle Simmonds and Susie Ward to provide CPD for like-minded psychotherapists and counsellors looking for comprehensive workshops in an intimate setting in North London.
Danielle Simmonds
is a BACP-accredited Integrative Trained Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling who practises in North London. She has worked in a variety of settings from a secondary school to a women's refuge, as well as private practice. She is currently working in a counselling service, set within a NHS doctors' practice in North London as well as running her private practice.
Susie Ward
is an integrative counsellor, and a senior accredited member of BACP. She had training placements at Place2Be, a GP surgery and in addiction services, and post-qualifying ran the counselling service in a secondary school for 5 years. She supervised the counselling team working with London Metropolitan Police during 2021-22. Susie currently works at the LSE, counselling students and co-ordinating their peer support scheme. She also works in private practice as a counsellor and supervisor. and with peer-facilitated groups.
