Terms and Conditions

Ticket sales for events are subject to availability and to these term and conditions. Please read these carefully before purchasing tickets. A ticket purchase implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. All views expressed by event speakers are their own. Insight Therapeutic Development are not liable and cannot be held responsible for these views.
2.Please let us know of any access requirements or dietary requirements at time of booking.
3. Cancellation requests received within one month of the event will only be refunded if there is a waiting list and your ticket can be re-allocated. Cancellation requests received more than one month prior to the event will be refunded. 
4. There may be an occasion where we have to cancel or reschedule an event, and in this unfortunate situation we will contact you using the details you registered at the time of ticket purchase. In such cases we will re-issue your tickets for the re-scheduled date, or offer you a full refund.  Our refund will be limited to the ticket price paid at the time of booking and cannot include any additional charges or incidentals.

5. We reserve the right to make alterations to published event programmes where reasonably necessary.
